Elaine Fridlin

Elaine Fridlin has practiced in the fields of bankruptcy, business, and employment law as the principal attorney in Fridlin & Associates, P.C., since 2004.
Elaine's experience as law clerk to the Honorable Jerome Feller, United States Bankruptcy Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York, gives her a unique and invaluable edge in representing both individual and business clients in bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, prior to opening her own practice, Elaine worked with Holland & Knight, one of the nation's premiere large law firms, in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department.
Elaine graduated from Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC in 1998, where she was inducted into the Walter Chandler American Inn of Court and received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellency in Bankruptcy. She received her B.A. degree in Political Science from Brooklyn College at the City University of New York in 1994, where she minored in Russian literature.
Elaine is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida state courts, as well as the federal courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
